Hula, Hula

For the past 2 weeks, I've started to learn how to hula. My goal is to toned up my abs. Ironically, the more I spend time doing the dance and looking at the mirror, the more I appreciate my soft belly.

The hula, combined with the belly dancing, is making me love every inch of my body. It's a fantastic and empowering feeling, to look at myself in the mirror and say, "You look awesome with your jiggles and battle scars, pop bear!"


I love hula hooping. So fun!!! it should be a national sport. :D
